Within the United States:

We can provide your order's tracking number as soon as it is shipped. Typically orders are charged within 24 hours (1 business day) after placing them and are packed and shipped within 24 hours (1 business day) of that time. Orders going out via UPS 2nd day and Next Day Air packages are charged at 2:00pm CST every business day and shipped out the same day.

Please allow the following number of days for your package to arrive.

• USPS: 5-10 business days
• UPS Ground: 3-5 business days
  (Orders are shipped from the 60045 zip code. They will take approximately 3 days to arrive to destinations within the Midwest, and 5 days to both coasts.)
• USPS to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO boxes: up to 30 days

Shipping rates are based upon the contents of your order. Simply total the number of units in your order based upon the following:

• Silver = 1 unit
• Gold = 6 units
• Platinum = 7 units

Examples: A Couple's Silver package is two silver packages and therefore two shipping units. A three-star Family Gold package would be three gold stars and 18 shipping units.

Simply add up the total number of units in your order and refer to the following chart.

Generally, Silver and Gold packages with ground shipping are sent via USPS and ground Platinum packages are shipped via UPS. In certain instances we may ship your order using a faster shipping method at no additional cost to you. Please note all orders going to PO Boxes, or APO/FPO boxes are exceptions to dates above. All of these orders will be shipped via USPS.

International To All Other Countries:

We can provide your order's tracking number as soon as it is shipped. Most International orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Please refer to the following table to determine how your International order will be shipped.

Please note: there may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that are not reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs office for those charges. In addition, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country.
